Please read the information below before you send an email to us - if you are not eligible for a return/exchange we will not offer you one. We will provide return address information at this time.
It is YOUR responsibility to ship the product to us. We will not pay for return shipping unless the return is a result of negligence caused by Auralite. We will not send any new exchanged products out, or issue a refund, until we receive & process your returned/exchanged item. All items will be inspected thoroughly.
HOW LONG AFTER I PURCHASE MY ITEM CAN I RETURN IT?
Our policy lasts 10 days. This 10 day period starts the day your package is delivered by the carrier. If 10 days have passed; we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns or exchanges are not available for giveaways, items on sale or items purchased via giveaway gift cards.
WILL AURALITE REFUND OR EXCHANGE WORN ITEMS?
No. To be eligible for Return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. If you send us something back that is obviously worn - we will not offer you a refund or an exchange. Try it on when you receive it. If it does not fit to your liking immediately notify us.
ITEM RETURN TIPS

Return unused and unwashed.
We will not accept products with markings or hair on them.
10 Days is the limit, do not try sending after that period.
You must provide pictures if something shows up damaged.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the item is inspected.
If you are approved; your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven not received your refund yet, you may not have been approved. If your item has been worn - is damaged - or does not meet the above specifications; we cannot refund your purchase. If your item was approved for a refund; first check with your bank/card issuer to make sure it is not a pending credit. If you have checked with your bank/card issuer and you still have not received your refund within 5-7 business days; please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
SALE/GIFT CARD PRODUCTS
Items that are on Sale or purchased with a giveaway gift-card cannot be refunded. A sake constitutes There are no exceptions to this. Any purchase with a discount of 30% or more can not be refunded.
If you need to exchange an item, it must be for a varying size; please email@example.com. Once an item is exchanged it may never be refunded. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we have made a mistake and verify that we sent you the wrong product, we will pay the shipping costs incurred to exchange the incorrect product for the correct one. SHIPPING ITEMS BACK You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return/exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will NOT be a part of that refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach will vary but we will ship it as soon as possible.
If you are shipping an item back to us please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost items.
